Some of the carriers that are contracted by Rendr, utilise a scanner to validate your Photo ID. There are two carriers that have these protocols in place: DoorDash & Menulog. This is a legal requirement for both carriers to be able to deliver products prohibited by age. Rest assured that there is no data stored from the scanning of your ID. This validates that the delivery driver is handing over the order to the intended recipient. If you would like any further information regarding the scanning of ID, please reach out directly to Rendr, DoorDash or Menulog. Please note: If an Expired Photo ID is scanned, your order will be returned back to the store your order was sent from.

Unfortunately, Same Day Delivery and Click & Collect are unavailable on Public Holidays. If you place an order on a Public Holiday your order will be dispatched the following business day.

There is no minimum spend for Same Day Delivery orders.

Occasionally, an item in-store might be missing, or there is a high demand for certain products, which staff will only find out when picking the order. If no stock is available after placing your order, we will contact you to let you know that this will be shipped Express from our warehouse. Stock range varies from store to store and online.
