If you want to cancel your order and your order has not yet been dispatched by our warehouses or one of our stores, submit a Shipping Amendment request through our Contact Form and we'll make every attempt to cancel this.

If your order has been shipped and is now with the courier service, we are unable to cancel your order, but we are happy to provide you with a Free Return Label to send your order back to us once it has arrived. Once your order has arrived back at our fulfillment center, a refund will be processed within 2 business days.

If your order is a Same Day Delivery order, you can reject the delivery, the order will be returned to a store. A refund will be processed within 2 business days.
