For our On Demand orders: When the Status shows "Complete", this just means it has been processed in our system. Once a driver has collected the order, tracking will shortly become available.

 For Postal orders:

When the Status shows "Complete", this just means it has been collected by Australia Post and a tracking number is issued along with this as well. Please bear in mind the information may not be available to view straight away, but rest assured the information will appear once Australia Post confirm they have it in their depot.
