Some of the carriers that are contracted by Rendr, utilise a scanner to validate your Photo ID. There are two carriers that have these protocols in place: DoorDash & Menulog.

This is a legal requirement for both carriers to be able to deliver products prohibited by age.

Rest assured that there is no data stored from the scanning of your ID. This validates that the delivery driver is handing over the order to the intended recipient.

Please note: If an Expired Photo ID is scanned, your order will be returned back to the store your order was sent from.
