Want to know where your Smokemart? For Post Orders, your order is usually shipped within 1-2 business days. During busy periods and sales, it might take a bit longer, but we'll keep you up to date through the process.
Here's how you can check your postal shipping status:
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive email confirmation that contains tracking details. Make sure to check your inbox, spam & junk folders.
You can also log in to your Smokemart account and head to My Orders. You'll find up to date information on the progress of your order. Use the tracking number provided in Order Shipments to track your order directly on the courier's website.
If you placed a Click & Collect Order, once the order has been completed by the store, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order is ready for collection. Make sure to check your inbox, spam and junk folders.
If you placed a Same Day Delivery Order, once the order has been completed by the store, you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been completed. You will receive email confirmation and tracking information from Rendr. Once a driver has collected your order, you will receive a live tracking link.
