An order may be returned to the sender due to incorrect shipping address, a failed delivery attempt or missed collection from Australia Post.
Once the parcel has been received by our fulfillment center our Guest Experience team will notify you via email for a refund on your order/items. Alternatively, if your tracking is showing a Return To Sender Scan, reach out to our Guest Experience Team by submitting a request and they will fast-track the resolution for you.
*Australia Post / StarTrack may re-issue a new tracking number on a return, make sure to keep an eye out for it.
A Same Day Delivery order may be returned due to incorrect delivery address, failed delivery attempt or no valid identification able to be supplied. You should receive email confirmation of a returned order. Make sure to check your inbox, spam and junk folders. We are unable to re-attempt delivery on any Same Day Delivery orders.
