Products purchased online can be returned in-store or by post.
Returning in Store:
- Receive an instant exchange or refund for items purchased instore or online.
- Head into store with your item(s), receipt and the card you originally paid on.
- Please ensure you meet the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
Returning a Product by Post:
- Contact our team to obtain a free return label and return address details.
- Print the label at home, or have it printed at Australia Post by scanning the barcode from your email.
- Pack the product(s) in their original packaging, including proof of purchase.
- Send the package via Australia Post using the provided return label.
- Once we receive the item, we will process an exchange or full refund within 2 business days.
